HSBC has a very large program that works with employees on both local environmental projects and supporting Earthwatch field research. Some send groups of employees together - Cadbury, for example, sponsors employee fellow teams to a sustainable cacao research project. Having been on 2 myself, I think they're a lot of fun and great teambuilding.
